My story

Throughout my career, I've often been asked to take on challenges others were reluctant to tackle—teams struggling to align, initiatives that had stalled, organizations navigating change without a clear path forward.

My background spans advertising, consulting, higher education, startups, customer experience, product design, and enterprise technology. While the disciplines have changed, the work has remained remarkably consistent: helping people and organizations realize their potential.

I've built creative organizations, developed UX practices, unified cross-functional teams, established governance models, launched new capabilities, mentored future leaders, and helped organizations navigate transformation.

Design was my entry point. Leadership became my purpose.
